Use this simple formula to calculate gallons: Length x Width x Depth x 7.5 = Gallons

Question: What is the 7.5 in the formula above?
Answer: There are 7.5 gallons of water in one cubic foot

Example:
My pond is 7′ long and 3′ wide and 18″ deep
7 x 3 x 1.5 x 7.5 = 236.2 gallons
